Training Objectives

This major aims to cultivate talents with the comprehensive development of morality, intelligence and physical fitness with mechanical manufacturing automation technology and specialized knowledge. The talents are qualified for CNC programming, CNC machining, CNC equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance work with an international and innovative perspective.

Length of Study and Degree Award

The standard length of schooling is 4 years, and the study can be completed within 3-6 years. Students who meet the requirements for granting a bachelor's degree in Xuchang University can be awarded a bachelor's degree in engineering from Xuchang University. Students can also go to a foreign partner university to continue studying after two years of studies at Xuchang University. If the bachelor's degree is granted by the foreign partner university, the corresponding degree will be awarded by the partner university.
